In iOS 11 there are some new settings that may prevent styluses by Adonit or Wacom to work properly in GoodNotes or other note-taking apps.
Here is what you can do:
Make sure all of these are turned OFF on the iPad in the Settings App under "Multitasking":
- "Persistent Video Overlay"
- "Allow Multiple Apps"
as well as the "Zoom" feature being turned OFF in the iPad "Settings" app under "Accessibility"
If it is still not working, please reach out to Adonit support or Wacom support. They might need to update their software to the latest version so that the styluses work well again in third-party apps.
