Imported PDF document doesn't show up in GoodNotes.
Because the display of PDF annotations is not consistent across PDF viewer apps, therefore flattening the PDF document you have problem importing can help GoodNotes interpret your document.
Here is how you can do it:
1) Print the Email/document in PDF adjust to the proper page orientation. Save as PDF. Save the document in a cloud storage such as Dropbox
2) Import in GoodNotes: + > import > Dropbox, locate the file and import.
