Here are some things that you can do to help our support team to help you better:
- Describe the issue in detail so that we understand it right away.
- Let us know the exact steps to reproduce it. (If necessary)
- Attach screenshots or screen recordings. They help us see what you see.
- Attach the Diagnostic Data, especially if you experience an error or issue that has occurred. Please open GoodNotes ⚙️ menu in the library view > About > Export Diagnostic Data.
