You might find that your family cannot redownload the full app you're sharing via Family Sharing even though you successfully unlocked the full version before.
Generally, if you bought the full version and are sharing purchases with your family via Family Sharing, the other family members can just redownload the app via their Purchase History and have automatic access to the full app. If they still see the free version, they can tap the ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner of the Library view > Unlock All Features > Restore Purchase.
First, please have them try offloading the app, which will clear its temporary storage but keep their documents intact. They can go to device Settings > General > iPad Storage > GoodNotes > Offload App. This might take a while. After that, they can tap "Reinstall App" to have all their documents placed back.
If it didn't help, please delete the app and reinstall it a second time. Some users told us it worked for them.
Failing those, please double-check a couple of things:
- That Family Sharing is set up correctly to include the Apple ID of the person seeing this issue.
- That all the App Store accounts of the family are set to the same region.
- That the payment information in the family organizer's Apple ID account is up to date. If not, update the payment information and have your family reinstall the app.
