If you have purchased a product in the Marketplace by mistake, or if you found that the product you bought is not what you were expecting, you are entitled to apply for a refund through Apple.

- Unfortunately we at Goodnotes play no part in the refund process - as all purchasing and payments is handled directly through Apple's systems. As such, we are unable to directly assist when you are looking to request a refund.
