Goodnotes regularly sends out marketing (or promotional) content to keep users informed about news, surveys, product updates, and customized promotions. At any time, you can manage these communication preferences.
To manage your preferences:
- Tap the ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner of the Library view > Settings.
- Choose Notification Preferences and you can choose opt-in or out from our marketing content by switching the ‘Personalize promotional messages (or contents)’ toggle.
- Alternatively, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of the emails you've received from Goodnotes.
Note: If you unsubscribe from all marketing notifications, you will no longer see any marketing communications from Goodnotes, including special promotions. It's important to note that unsubscribing from marketing notifications will not prevent you from receiving essential Goodnotes service emails.
