Please note that uninstalling the app will not result in the cancellation of your subscription.
If you are currently on the free trial, your annual plan will commence immediately after the trial period concludes. To prevent any automatic renewal charges, you may wish to consider canceling the trial while it is still active.
Cancel at any time at least one day before each renewal date. Your plan will automatically renew until you choose to cancel it.
After canceling, your subscription will not automatically renew, and you won't incur any further charges. You will have access to your current subscription until it expires. Please see: What happens after a subscription is canceled?
Cancel Trial or Subscription through Goodnotes app
First, ensure that you are on the same platform (Android / Windows / Web) where you initially subscribed or started the trial with.
Choose the gear icon on the upper right corner > Manage account > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription. For Android users, if you have subscribed on Google Play, please make sure the default browser is set to Chrome to see this option.
Alternatively, you can cancel subscription by following the link provided in the purchase receipt sent to your email. Within the receipt, look for the option that says, "To learn more or cancel, review your subscription," and then select "Cancel subscription."
Cancel Subscription through Google Play Store
If you have subscribed via Google Play Store, you can go to Google Play app to manage your subscription.
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap the gear icon.
- Tap Payments and Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription or prepaid plan that you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
