- Attach the Diagnostic Data:
- On Login Screen: Tap the "?" icon in the upper right to download Diagnostic Data.
- After Login (iOS Devices): Goodnotes menu ⚙️ icon in the library view > About > Export Diagnostic Data.
- After Login (Non-iOS Devices): Goodnotes menu ⚙️ icon > Settings > Export Diagnostic Data.
