Goodnotes for Education: Contact our Technical Support

We understand that sometimes you might need help in figuring out how to use a feature in Goodnotes or how to resolve a problem you're experiencing. Here are some things that you can do to help our support team to help you better. Adding this information will ensure quicker solutions for your issue:

  1. Describe the issue in detail so that we understand it right away.
  2. Let us know the exact steps to reproduce it. (If necessary)
  3. Attach screenshots or screen recordings. They help us see what you see.
  4. Include your Goodnotes Professional License key in the description.
  5. Attach the Diagnostic Data:
    • On Login Screen: Tap the "?" icon in the upper right to download Diagnostic Data.
    • After Login (iOS Devices): Goodnotes menu ⚙️ icon in the library view > About > Export Diagnostic Data.
    • After Login (Non-iOS Devices): Goodnotes menu ⚙️ icon > Settings > Export Diagnostic Data.
