Moving documents and / or folders to another folder

  1. To Select items,
  2.  
    • On iOS: Tap the four-square icon in the top-right corner of the library > Select Items.
    • On Android, Windows, and Web: Tap on the check icon on the top-right corner of the library.
  3. Tap the document(s) and/or folder(s) you want to move.
  4. Tap Move at the top.

  5. Tap the destination folder; if you tap a folder that contains subfolders, it will expand. Create a new folder inside the selected one, if necessary, by tapping the icon in the top-right corner.

    Search, filter or sort can be used to make finding the destination easier. 
  6. Tap "Move to..."

Drag and Drop

Individual documents or folders also can be moved by Drag and Drop.

  1. Navigate to the location of your document or folder.
  2. Drag and drop the document into the desired folder.
  3. The document will be moved.

iOS Version Tips:

  • While viewing a page, you can move the document to a different folder by tapping the title at the top and choosing Move to a Different Folder and following steps 4 & 5 above.
  • Instead of tapping the document(s) and/or folder(s) you want to move, you can also Swipe across a row to quickly select multiples items.

Android, Windows, and Web version Tips:

You can also drag and drop the document to the desired location in the breadcrumb trail.
