I am having trouble launching the app. What should I do?

First, ensure that your internet connection is stable. Additionally, try restarting your device to address any potential issues. Then, try the following troubleshooting steps:

For Windows devices:

  1. Make sure cookies are turned on. If you are using Edge as your default browser: Go to edge://settings/content/cookies.
  2. Make sure JavaScript is enabled. If you are using Edge as your default browser: Go to edge://settings/content/javascript. 
  3. Tap on [x] to close the app.
  4. Relaunch the app to see if the issue is resolved.

For Android devices:

  1. Please try closing the app from the recent apps list. To do this, tap the Recent Apps button (this usually looks like a square, two overlapping squares, or three vertical lines at the bottom of your screen), then swipe the app's preview card up or to the side.
  2. Relaunch the app to see if the issue is resolved.
  3. If the issue continues, please try restarting your device.
