At Goodnotes, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible digital environment for all our users, including those with disabilities. In alignment with the European Accessibility Act (EAA). The Marketplace section of the Goodnotes app falls under the scope of the European Accessibility Act. This legislation requires that all e-commerce services, including websites and mobile applications, be accessible in a consistent and adequate way, making them perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. As part of our compliance efforts, we have introduced specific features to support users with varying accessibility needs.

We carefully vet all third-party payment processors used in the Marketplace to ensure they comply with accessibility requirements across the European Economic Area (EEA).
