During these 3 months, you can enjoy premium features across Windows, Android, Web, and iOS with unlimited access to create notebooks tailored to your needs. After the initial 3 months, you'll receive 30% off your first year of subscription.

How do I cancel the membership before it renews?

It is a commitment-free 3-month free membership that does not require payment information, so it will not auto-renew. No cancellation is needed. When the 3-month period finishes, no charges will be applied. You can then select a free plan or initiate a payment plan. The "Renewal date" displayed on the "Manage account" screen indicates the end date of the 3-month period — there is no automatic renewal for the ASUS Exclusive Offer.

I have accidentally deleted the app, will I lose my ASUS Exclusive Offer?

No, the ASUS Exclusive Offer is tied to your account. Simply download the app and log in with your previously-created account to continue.

If I delete the account, will I lose my ASUS exclusive benefits?

Once the offer has been claimed, it is tied to the account. Deleting your account will also remove the ASUS Exclusive Offer permanently, and it cannot be restored. When you try to delete your account, the app will remind you to cancel any active subscriptions. In the case of the ASUS Exclusive Offer, there is no need to cancel since it does not auto-renew.

If I change devices, can I carry my ASUS exclusive benefits with me?

Once you have registered, the ASUS entitlement is tied to your account. You can sign in with your Goodnotes account on other devices to seamlessly continue working on your notebooks and enjoying the benefits.

I used the wrong email address to sign up, can I transfer my offer to another account?

Unfortunately, once you have signed up, the offer is tied to the account and cannot be transferred.

Can I sign up a second account with my ASUS device and enjoy the same offer?

No. Only the first account signed up with your device can enjoy this benefit.

I'm already a paid user or on a free trial and recently purchased an ASUS device. Can I still get this offer?

The benefit is not available to paid user accounts or accounts on a free trial. However, you can claim it using another account with no prior trial initiation and without any existing subscriptions.

I am not sure if I am already signed up to this offer or not, how do I check?

To check your current plan, open the Goodnotes menu > Manage Account (your name) > Subscription. If you are on the ASUS Exclusive Offer, your current plan should show as Essential along with the end date of the three months.

I am not able to claim the offer on my ASUS device. What should I do?

First, make sure:

• The app is installed from the MyASUS Recommended
• Your device model is eligible (see eligible devices list table)
• Your account has not initiated the trial period or has an active payment or subscription
• You have not previously signed up with another account on this device, as it may have already claimed the offer

The offer is not available to paid user accounts or those on a free trial. If your account falls under these categories, consider using a different account without prior trial initiation and with no existing subscriptions.

Note: Accounts with the same email address but signed in through different methods (e.g., "Sign in with Microsoft," "Sign in with Google," and "Sign in with Apple") are treated as separate accounts.

What happens when the free trial finishes?
