How do I cancel the membership before it renews?
It is a commitment-free 3 months free membership that does not require payment information, and as a result, it will not auto-renew, eliminating the need to cancel the subscription. When the 3-month period finishes, no charges will be applied. You will have the option to select a free plan or initiate a payment plan.
The "Renewal date" displayed on the "Manage account" screen signifies the end date of the 3-month period, there is no automatic renewal for the LG Exclusive Offer.
I have accidentally deleted the app, will I lose my LG Exclusive Offer?
No, the LG Exclusive Offer is tied with your account. You can simply download the Goodnotes app and login with your account to continue.
If I delete the Goodnotes account, will I lose my LG Exclusive Offer?
Once the offer has been claimed, it is tied with the account. Please exercise caution when deleting the account as doing so will also remove the LG Exclusive Offer, which cannot be restored.
If you decide to delete your account, keep in mind that this action will also remove your LG Exclusive Offer and delete all your data. When you try to delete your account, the app will remind you to cancel any active subscriptions, in the case of LG Exclusive Offer there is no need to cancel subscription since it does not auto renew.
If I change devices, can I carry my LG Exclusive Offer benefits with me?
Once you have registered, the offer is tied with your account. You can sign-in with your Goodnotes account on other device to seamlessly continue working on your notebook and enjoying the benefits.
I used the wrong email address to sign up, can I transfer my offer to another account?
Unfortunately, once you have signed up, the offer is tied to the account and cannot be transferred.
Can I sign up a second account with my LG gram Pro 2in1 and enjoy the same offer?

I’m already a paid user or on a free trial and recently purchased an LG gram Pro 2in1. Can I still get this offer?
While the offer is not available for accounts with an active subscription or trial, you can still claim it with an account on the free version, or one with an expired trial or subscription. Alternatively, you can wait until your current trial or subscription expires.
I am not sure if I am already signed up to this offer or not, how do I check?
To check your current plan, choose the gear icon on the upper right corner > Manage account > Manage subscription. If you are a on LG Exclusive Offer, your current plan should be shown as All Platform Yearly along with its end date of the three months.
I am not able to claim the offer on my 2025 gram Pro 2in1. What should I do?
Check that your account is not on an active trial or subscription. If it is, you can either use a different account or wait for your current trial or subscription to expire. Make sure you are using the same account on Goodnotes for gram app and Goodnotes for Windows app. Also, confirm that you haven’t already claimed the offer on this device.
What happens when the free trial finishes?
