Goodnotes Cloud 與 iCloud 同步有何不同？
Goodnotes Cloud 是 Goodnotes 的跨平台同步服務。它會將您的資料庫同步至您的 Goodnotes 帳號，讓您能在支援的 Apple、Android、Windows 和網頁裝置上開啟相同的資料庫。
iCloud 同步會在登入同一個 Apple 帳號的 Apple 裝置之間，保持您的 Goodnotes 資料庫同步。它使用您可用的 iCloud 儲存空間，且不會將完整資料庫同步至 Android、Windows 或網頁版。
Goodnotes Cloud 會同步哪些內容？
Goodnotes Cloud 會在支援的平台之間同步您的資料夾和筆記本。
自訂範本、自訂元素及 Marketplace 貼紙在某些平台上可能會出現不同的外觀或行為，但不會被刪除。Time Keeper 和 Study Sets 目前無法在 Android、Windows 和網頁版 Goodnotes 中使用。
哪些方案包含 Goodnotes Cloud？
- Goodnotes Pro：包含 Goodnotes Cloud。
- Goodnotes Essential（前身為 All Platforms Yearly）：不包含 Goodnotes Cloud。
- Goodnotes Special Edition（前身為 Apple 一次性購買版本）：不包含 Goodnotes Cloud，也不提供在 Android、Windows 和網頁版 Goodnotes 的完整存取權。您仍可以與非 Apple 平台分享文件。
若要確認您的帳號是否可使用 Goodnotes Cloud，請開啟 Goodnotes 選單 > 雲端與備份。如果您符合資格，請選取 開始使用，並依照指示操作。遷移完成前，您的文件仍可正常使用。
為什麼我看不到切換至 Goodnotes Cloud 的選項？
如果您是 Goodnotes Pro 訂閱者，且未出現 Goodnotes Cloud 邀請，您必須停用 iCloud 同步，或確保資料庫已透過 iCloud 完全同步。
關閉 iCloud 同步
前往裝置的「設定」> 您的個人資料 > iCloud > 「查看全部」（位於「已儲存至 iCloud」旁）> 停用 Goodnotes。
確保資料庫已透過 iCloud 完全同步
- 在資料庫檢視中，選取右上角附近的 雲端與備份狀態 圖示。
- 在 雲端同步 下，選取 立即同步。
- 等待 iCloud 同步完成，並解決任何同步錯誤。
- 關閉並重新開啟 Goodnotes，然後在資料庫檢視中等待幾秒鐘。
- 開啟 Goodnotes 選單 > 雲端與備份，並尋找切換至 Goodnotes Cloud 的選項。

「Goodnotes Cloud 同步已停用」提示是什麼意思？
當您的帳戶使用 Goodnotes Cloud，但目前裝置也透過 iCloud 同步在本機儲存了文件時，會出現此提示。只要裝置仍在使用 iCloud 資料庫，Goodnotes Cloud 就無法將其資料庫同步到該裝置。
如果我刪除 Goodnotes 帳戶會怎樣？
刪除 Goodnotes 帳戶會永久刪除與其相關的 Goodnotes Cloud 資料。此操作無法復原。刪除帳戶前，請匯出或備份您想保留的內容。
