EBS eBook customers can send downloaded textbooks from the EBS eBook app to Goodnotes for Android and annotate them in Goodnotes.
Important: EBS eBook import is available in Goodnotes for Android and iOS, not Windows or Web. Copyright-protected eBooks cannot be exported or printed from Goodnotes.
Send an EBS eBook to Goodnotes
- Update Goodnotes from Google Play or the Galaxy Store.
- Open the EBS eBook app.
- Download the purchased textbook to the EBS app.
- Select “Send to Goodnotes”.
- Open the imported textbook in your Goodnotes Library.
An EBS eBook purchaser does not need a paid Goodnotes subscription to import an eligible textbook.
If Send to Goodnotes does not work
- Confirm that the textbook is fully downloaded in the EBS eBook app.
- Update Goodnotes to the latest version.
- Try sending the downloaded textbook again.
Recover a deleted textbook
If the textbook is still in the Goodnotes Trash, restore it from the Trash section in the sidebar.
If it was permanently deleted, contact EBS at helpdesk@ebs.co.kr or 1588-1580. An EBS eBook can be imported only once per Goodnotes account, so Goodnotes cannot import the same entitlement again without EBS assistance.
If Goodnotes says the eBook was already downloaded
- Check the Goodnotes Library and Trash for the textbook.
- Confirm that you are signed in to the same Goodnotes account used for the original import.
- If it was permanently deleted or the account is different, contact EBS using the details above.
Refunds and sharing restrictions
- A refund may be unavailable after a purchased eBook has been downloaded. Follow the EBS textbook service's refund policy.
- An imported, linked EBS eBook cannot be exported, printed, or shared because of copyright restrictions.
For EBS eBooks on Apple devices, see EBS eBook service on Goodnotes for iOS.
