Redeem an Offer Code in Goodnotes Marketplace

If you have a valid offer code, redeem it during checkout on the Goodnotes Marketplace website.

Redeem your offer code

1. Visit the Goodnotes Marketplace website.
2. Sign in with the same Goodnotes account you use in the Goodnotes app.
3. Find the Marketplace product you want to purchase and select its price.
4. At checkout, select Add discount.
5. Enter your offer code and select Apply.
6. Confirm that the offer has been applied before continuing.
7. Enter your payment details and complete the purchase.

Import your purchase into Goodnotes

After completing your purchase on the Goodnotes Marketplace website:

1. Select Import into Goodnotes app.
2. Goodnotes will open automatically.
3. Your purchase will be ready to access in the app.

Download your purchase in Goodnotes

Alternatively, open Marketplace > More (…) > Purchase History, find the item, and select Download.

1. Open Goodnotes and make sure you are signed in with the account used for the purchase.
2. Open Marketplace.
3. Select the More (…) menu.
4. Select Purchase History.
5. Find the purchased item and select Download.

The item will be imported into your Goodnotes library.

Troubleshoot an offer code

The code shows “Invalid” or “Expired”

Check that:

• You are using the Marketplace website, not Marketplace inside the app.
• You entered the code exactly as provided.
• The offer has not expired or reached its usage limit.
• The selected product is eligible for the offer.
• You are not trying to apply the code to a Goodnotes subscription.

My purchase does not appear in Goodnotes

Confirm that you used the same Goodnotes account on the Marketplace website and in the app. Then check Marketplace > More (…) > Purchase History again.

If you used a different account, sign out of both Marketplace and Goodnotes, then sign back in with the account used for the purchase.
