If your purchase was from Apple App Store
Request a refund from Apple Support if you've made an accidental purchase or if the app is not currently meeting your needs. Please note that all Apple purchases refund requests are handled by Apple only and not by developers, which means there's little we can do in the unfortunate case of a rejection. Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions says:
All Transactions are final. Content prices may change at any time. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of Content, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement of the Content or refund of the price paid, as determined by Apple. From time to time, Apple may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behavior that entitles Apple to a corresponding counterclaim.

If your purchase was from a non-Apple App Store
Where you have paid for any part of the Goodnotes services, you may be entitled to a refund where you have exercised your statutory right of withdrawal from those Goodnotes services within a period of fourteen days (or other time period required by applicable law) without penalty and without giving any reason. This period shall begin from the date that you agree to pay for the relevant Goodnotes services. For the avoidance of doubt, these withdrawal rights only apply where required by applicable law in your region. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
