If you see this message when logging into Goodnotes on Android, Windows, or Web and cannot access paid features, it’s likely because your account is linked to a Special Edition purchase (One-Time Payment) made through the Apple App Store.
Special Edition gives you premium access on Apple devices only. On Android, Windows, and Web, you’ll continue to have access to the free version. To explore your upgrade options, head to the paywall in our iOS app.

Currently, the iOS library is not sync automatically with Android, Windows or Web, even on paid plans. However, you can still share your documents easily across platforms. Learn more here.
