How do I get a refund for my purchase in the Goodnotes Marketplace?

If you have purchased a product in the Marketplace by mistake, or if you found that the product you bought is not what you were expecting, you are entitled to apply for a refund.

Request refund for items purchased on iOS

If you have purchased Marketplace items on iOS platform, you are entitled to apply for a refund through Apple. The full process of applying for a refund can be found on Apple's website. There are some important things to note when applying for a refund:

  • Unfortunately we at Goodnotes play no part in the refund process - as all purchasing and payments is handled directly through Apple's systems. As such, we are unable to directly assist when you are looking to request a refund.
  • Refund eligibility for digital purchases vary by country or region - and as such it's worth double checking your eligibility prior to applying for a refund. See the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for details.
