To switch to another paid plan, please contact Apple for a refund of the current plan, clearly stating your need to repurchase a more suitable plan.
- If Apple honors the request, the plan becomes inactive immediately and you can then log in to the app and see the Paywall for buying the new plan.
- If Apple refuses to refund your subscription, you will need to cancel it from device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, and wait until it expires (and you're automatically switched to the freemium plan) before you can buy the one-time payment from the Paywall in the app.
- If Apple refuses to refund your one-time payment, you’ll need to stay with this plan on iOS/iPadOS/macOS, but you can always buy the yearly plan (called "Goodnotes Pro") on another non-Apple device with another Goodnotes account (Apple/Google/Microsoft account), and then use this Goodnotes account to log in to Goodnotes on iOS/iPadOS/macOS.
Unfortunately, it’s up to Apple to process your refund request and sadly we have no control over its decision.
