Goodnotes can currently recognize the following languages on Apple devices:
- Chinese (Traditional & Simplified)
- Dutch
- English (US)
- English (UK)
- French
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Korean
- Portuguese (PT/BR)
- Russian
- Spanish
- Thai
- Turkish
To change the language, tap the Goodnotes menu > Settings > Document Language > Default Language for New Documents.
