Fix vertical scrolling in Goodnotes

If pages move horizontally and you cannot scroll through your notebook vertically, the scrolling direction is likely set to Horizontal.

Change the scrolling direction from your document

1. Open the document.
2. Select the More (…) icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select “Scrolling Direction”.
4. Select Vertical.

Change the default from Settings

1. Open the Goodnotes menu.
2. Select Settings > Document Editing.
3. Open Scrolling Direction and select Vertical.

If vertical scrolling still does not work

1. Reopen Scrolling Direction and confirm that Vertical is selected.
2. Close and reopen the document, then try scrolling again.
