The Sidebar can be found in the top-left of your toolbar. It allows you to see your entire document, move and delete pages and much more.
Use the Sidebar
To access the Sidebar, simply tap the icon in the top-left corner of the Document View. Sidebar will then appear on the left panel of your document.
Here you can access 3 panels:
- Pages
- Outlines
- Audio
Pages (Available for Notebooks)
In the Pages panel, you can scroll through your document quickly, move pages around, delete and export single or multiple pages, rotate, copy, or move pages to a different document.
- Move a page by tapping and holding, then dragging it to your desired position.
- To view bookmarks, tap on All pages > Bookmarks Only
- For other actions, tap [...] in the top left corner of the Sidebar.
Tap on [...] to Select pages and use the options at the top to Copy, Rotate, export, Mark as Seen, Move and Move to Trash.
Outlines (Available for Notebooks and Text Document)
Outlines are a really useful tool when dealing with long documents, which is why we have made it easier to add pages to Outline when using the Sidebar.
Audio
In the Audio panel, you will be able to view and listen to previously recorded audio in this notebook.
Tap on individual Audio Clips to play the audio, access its summary and transcript.
Tap on [...] to Select Audios, Choose Language, and Access Help resources.

Boards (Available for Whiteboards)
In the Boards panel, you will be able to view Boards in this whiteboard.
Tap on [...] to Select board(s) for export, Mark as seen, Move, and Move to Trash.

I prefer to use the classic Window View
If you prefer to use the Window View, you can set your default preference by tap on the [...] in the top-left corner of the Sidebar. You can then choose to open as either Sidebar or Window and your preference will be saved.
