Open Hyperlinks in an Imported PDF

Important limitation: a link will open only if the imported PDF contains a working hyperlink. The available interaction can vary by device.

The link menu command is “Open Link”.

Open a hyperlink

1. Open the PDF in Goodnotes.
2. Try one of these methods:
   • Touch and hold the hyperlink, then select Open Link.
   • Switch to Read-only Mode, then select the hyperlink.

If the hyperlink does not open

1. Open the original PDF in another PDF viewer.
2. Test the same hyperlink.
3. If it also fails there, the PDF might not contain a working link.
4. If it works elsewhere but not in Goodnotes, contact Goodnotes Support and include the affected PDF and the steps followed.
