Being able to share notes is an important part of working as a team. You can share notes that include Audio Recordings with other Goodnotes users in the following ways.
Exporting files with Audio Recording
Any file that includes audio can be shared with another Goodnotes user, making it easy for them to listen back and follow your notes at the same time with Note Replay. You can do this in the same way you would export any other Notebook, by tapping on the Share button in the Document View and selecting Export All, or by exporting from the Library View. See Exporting Documents for more information.
Please note: You must export your file as a Goodnotes file, sharing as a PDF will not retain your Audio Recording.
Export Individual Audio Recordings (iOS Only)
You can export individual audio recording files directly from your document.
1. Open the document that contains the audio recording.
2. Tap the Audio tab in the sidebar to view all recordings in the document.
3. Tap the More menu (···) > Select the recording you want to export.
4. Choose Export.
5. Choose where you want to save or share the file.
The audio file will be exported in its original format, ready to save locally or share with others.
Collaboration
You can work in sync with other Goodnotes users by using the Sharable Link feature, which will allow you to work on the same document, see each other's annotations, and playback each other's Audio Recordings. To learn more about Collaboration, see: Share Link to Collaborate
