Use the Audio panel to rename or permanently delete recorded audio clips.
Deleted audio clips do not go to the Trash. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete an audio clip
- Open the Audio panel to view your recorded audio clips.
- Swipe left on the clip:
- On iPadOS or iOS: Swipe left on the clip. Goodnotes deletes it immediately.
- On macOS: Swipe left on the clip with two fingers on the trackpad. Goodnotes deletes it immediately.
Rename an audio clip
- Open the Audio panel to view your recorded audio clips.
- Swipe across the clip and select the blue pen icon.
- Enter a name and confirm the change.
