Reordering pages in a document

Goodnotes allows you to reorder pages in an open document. There are a few ways to do this, depending on if you're looking to move individual pages, or groups of pages:

Moving an Individual Page

  1. Open the doument and tap open the sidemenu on the left
  2. Long-press on a page thumbnail until it starts "lifting off" the page.
  3. Hold on to the page and drag it to the desired location and lift your stylus or finger.

Moving Groups of Pages

  1. Open the doument and tap open the sidemenu on the left
  2. Select the pages you want to Group Move and long-press on a page thumbnail until it starts "lifting off" the page.
  3. There are two ways to select pages:
    A) While holding the page thumbnail with one finger, tap any other page thumbnail with another finger to group it for moving, then drop the group of pages in the destination document normally
    B) Tap the 3 dots > Select Pages. Tap the pages you want to group together one by one and then long-press to rearrange pages positioning.

Tip: You can even use your other hand to scroll through the document, if you are wanting to move a group of pages somewhere else in a larger file.
