Reorder Pages in a Goodnotes Document

You can reorder one page or move several pages together from the Sidebar of an open Goodnotes document.

You cannot reorder a page until its thumbnail is available in the open document. The multi-page command is “Select Pages”.

Move one page

1. Open the document, then open the Sidebar.

   

2. Touch and hold the page thumbnail until it lifts.
3. Drag it to the new position, then release it.

Move several pages while dragging

1. Open the Sidebar.
2. Touch and hold the first page thumbnail until it lifts.
3. While holding it, select each additional page with another finger.
4. Drag the selected pages to the new position, then release them.

Move several pages with Select Pages

1. Open the Sidebar.
2. Select More (…) > Select Pages.
3. Select each page you want to move.
4. Touch and hold one selected thumbnail, then drag the group to the new position.
