You can bookmark a page inside a notebook, or favorite a notebook, document, or folder in your library, to create shortcuts to the content you open most often. Removing a favorite or bookmark removes only the shortcut; it does not delete the original content.
Favorite a notebook, document, or folder
To favorite a notebook, document, or folder so it appears in your Favorites tab:
- In the Library, locate the document or folder.
- Select the Star on its thumbnail or open the item and select the Star in the upper-right corner.
- Open the “Favorites” tab to find it.
Bookmark a page
To bookmark an individual page inside a notebook or document so you can jump back to it later:
- Open the page you want to bookmark.
- Select the Bookmark icon to add the page to Favorites.
- Select the icon again when you want to remove the bookmark.
Remove a favorite or bookmark
To remove a favorited notebook, document, or folder, select its active Star. To remove a bookmarked page, select the active Bookmark on that page. The shortcut disappears from Favorites while the original item remains in your library.
Ways to use Favorites
- Bookmark an index, schedule, or other page you open often.
- Add active documents to Favorites as a temporary to-do list, then remove them when the work is complete.
